  • We currently offer three primary experiences for guests of two:

    • Signature Experience — curated, luxury-focused, and deeply restorative

    • Picnic Experience — clean, timeless, and ease-filled

    • Kayak Experience — calm, flowing, and grounded

    Seasonal and custom experiences may also be available upon request.

  • No prior kayaking experience is required. Our kayak experiences take place on calm water, include a safety overview, and offer guided assistance for entry and return.

  • Yes. A discreet Maison Oaks Co host remains nearby throughout each experience to ensure everything runs smoothly while preserving your privacy.

  • In the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather, we will work with you to reschedule. Your safety and experience quality are always our priority.

  • Due to the nature of our curated and reserved experiences, all bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

    • Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled experience are eligible for a reschedule, subject to availability.

    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled experience are non-refundable.

    • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

    In the event of unsafe weather conditions, Maison Oaks Co will contact you directly to reschedule your experience. Your safety and experience quality are always our priority.

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for all bookings.

    This card will not be charged unless damage occurs beyond normal wear during the experience. In the event that Maison Oaks Co equipment, furnishings, or styling elements are damaged, permanently stained, or require repair or replacement, the card on file may be charged for the applicable costs.

    Any charges will be assessed after the experience and communicated transparently prior to processing. This policy allows us to maintain the quality and care of our experiences while ensuring a relaxed environment for all guests.
